Our family stay in the Classic King Room was delightful. The staff greeted us warmly, especially Panny and Anne-Marie, making our kids feel valued. Great dining options made our meals enjoyable. Minor noise issues from outside didn’t overshadow our lovely experience. Perfect location for exploring London!

I had a great interaction with Panny he greeted us at the door with this big smile and made us feel welcomed and then there was Anne-Marie the restaurant manager she went out of her way to ensure our dinner was great like it was personalized just for us.

Sure the prices were a bit steep but I suppose you pay for the experiences.

I had a delightful stay at the Intercontinental for business purposes. The staff were courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and an easy check-out process. The room was well-appointed, providing a comfortable workspace that allowed me to focus on my tasks. the breakfast offered a diverse range of options, including freshly baked pastries and high-quality coffee, which was a great way to start my day.

Room sizes felt cramped, Some hallways were annoyingly noisy!!! High prices for food did not match the experience at this costly establishment!!!

The dining experience impressed me with its extensive choices, including delightful afternoon tea. The staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Panny, who greeted us at the door with a big smile. I faced some issues with communication at the front desk. There was a long wait during check-in, and some staff seemed overwhelmed. I would have appreciated a more organized process. I also found the room a bit dark, needing better lighting.

but the breakfast was overpriced n the food wasn’t fresh at all which was kinda disappointing. also, my room didn’t get much light, making it feel a bit dark.
